Tried to deal with all of the changes. Tried to be patient. Tried not to kvetch. Was on the verge of making level 12 after working on it for FIVE MONTHS and got knocked down to level 6. As I stated in the forums at one point, I never used tools. I just took other people's missions but never made any of my own. I was in it to browse and collect DP - you know, 100% passive gaming.

I crated all 137 tools and 17133 DP to a good friend and deleted my account. There is no point as I will not be able to advance while taking the game at face value.

Hey, this kind of association method and tool cost <a href="http://getsatisfaction.com/gamelayers/topics/another_take_on_levels_and_associations" rel="nofollow">looks familiar</a> ;P

I'm very glad you changed it as such guys. Keep it up! My interest in PMOG is rekindled :)

Now all I'm waiting is more puzzle items :)

Wow, I really, really like the idea of the puzzle crate. My PMOG play has been totally passive of late -- this might tempt to back to more active play.

Pretty much the only tools I ever use are crates and armor. So I'm confused about why I'm a level 14 Seer. I've created maybe two portals, ever. I guess I shouldn't complain about higher levels, though? ;-)

I haven't played with puzzle crates yet (I have another level to go yet) but I'm wondering how forgiving the answer field is since it accepts plaintext entries. Is case-sensitivity an issue? 'Twould be nice to have an option to give puzzle crates multiple-choice answers.

This looks awesome! And I'm only level 15 in Pathmaker, Bedouin, Benfactor, and Destroyer. Level 10 Seer, and level 3 pathmaker. I assume it's based on tool usage.

This is awesome, Merci!

Question, though - how come I'm a level 15 on everything?

[...] Puzzle Crates are now available for Benefactors level 15 and up! If you have laid that many crates, you now have an option to lock a crate with a question and answer of your choosing — a great way to make someone wrack their brains for your treasure! Check your user profile for a breakdown of your levels for each of the associations, and see Merci’s related post on the subject.
